Return Eligibility

Normal use for evaluating the product, including using it on a trip, is allowed.

To complete a return, please send back the product with all included components and accessories. We may decline returns for products that have been intentionally damaged, misused, altered, or are missing significant components.

You will need your order number or other proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

We will provide you with return instructions and the address where your return should be sent.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Voltairs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please do not send a return before contacting us, as we need to identify and process your return correctly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Gift cards, if offered, are not returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the product purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
